1. Chemical Spill Prevention and Control
• Thicker side border and central load-bearing structure are very strong, which can firmly carry fully- loaded oil drums, chemical barrels and other storage containers and equipment.
• Polyethylene material, anti-UV, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, suitable for most chemicals.
• Anti-skid gratings, which will not rupture at full load, are removable and easy for rapid treatment of liquid spill.
• The spill pallet can use forklift, while the spill deck can be assembled to form a spill control workstation.
• Keep the floor dry to avoid slip and fall.
• All spill pallets and decks are strackable, to save space and transport costs.

The poly spill pallet is actually a spill-proof plastic pallet with sump and forklift groove. It can be used for storing, handling and transferring oil drums and chemical drums. All liquid leaking out will flow into the sump rather than the ground.With the supporting ramp, chemical drums can be handled easily and quickly. The high-strength mobile and removable grate is easy to remove, clean and replace. Liquid in the sump can be discharged through the leakage holes, and most of liquid can be recycled.
1.2 Poly Spill Decks
The poly spill deck is lower than the pallet, thus saving the space, improving the safety, efficiency and facilitating handling of oil drums and chemical drums.Generally,the poly spill deck is used for storing oil drums, chemical drums, etc., instead of transferring such containers. When installed in a workshop, the spill deck can be used for various operations (oil extracting, filling and separating, etc.), as a platform. It is also equipped with the same grate and drain holes. Various decks can be assembled to form a stable and reliable workstation.
The steel spill pallet can also be used for storing, handling and separating oil drums and chemical drums. It is made of 3mm hot-rolled steel plate, stable and durable. The pallet body is coated with epoxy resin powder, forming a bright, dust-proof,rust-proof and moisture-proof surface. The fiberglass-reinforced grate of light weight, high strength, wear resistance and aging resistance can be removed for easy cleaning. The pallet can meet the handling needs of various forklifts. The cart type twodrum pallet, with large sump capacity, is more convenient to operate. It is designed in accordance with the leakage containing standards, and has passed the 100% leakage containing test. With the drum bracket at the pallet center, the load can be distributed, thus achieving higher performance. The 3/4”NPT (hex) ball valve in standard configuration is installed in the leakage hole in order to transfer the leaking liquid and facilitate the operation. The user is allowed to remove the bottom plug to fully discharge liquid and clean the pallet.

2.1 Absorbents

3.1 Overpack Salvage Drum
This product is applicable to temporary storage and transportation of hazardous wastes (such as flammable, corrosive and toxic substances), and widelyapplied in secondary packaging, transportation, transfer and spill handling, etc. It is manufactured by one-time rotational molding and can realize 100% spillprotection. It also has good toughness. Polyethylene is resistant to UV rays, corrosion and most chemicals. The emergency treatment drum can be nested toreduce the storage space and transportation costs.
3.2 Steel Dolly for Overpack Salvage Drum
The 95Gal overpack salvage drum is slightly heavy in emergency treatment of chemical spill. In order to improve the mobility, the flexible sliding rails can beused. Two universal casters can be fixed at any time to prevent bounce in operation.
Note: It is recommended to apply the rails only to the drum with spill kits.
